Toshi Kubota's collaborations with Western Soul/Hip Hop/RnB artistes

Japanese pop/soul singer Toshi Kubota's 2000 English language album Nothing But Your Love features the work of Western Hemisphere hip hop, rap and RnB artistes.

Track 3 Never Turn Back features Haitian rapper Pras, member of the US hip hop group the Fugees.

RnB/Soul singer/songwriter/producer Raphael Saadiq lends his talents to Track 7 Pu Pu. Saadiq and Angie Stone also co-wrote Track 10 Shame.

Singer/songwriter Joi Cardwell provides background vocals. The Roots contribute to Track 2 Masquerade and Track 6 Till She Comes. Trackmasters lend their touch to Track 12 It's Over.

Kubota's 2004 album Time to Share features Mos Def, Angie Stone and Renee Neufville.
In his 1995 album Sunshine, Moonlight, Toshi sings Just the Two of Us with British RnB singer Caron Wheeler.

Kubota also sang a duet Forever Yours with American RnB artiste Alyson Williams, available in his 2001 album, Baddest II

In 1996, Kubota sang a duet La La La Love Song with Naomi Campbell. The hit single reached #1 on the Japanese charts.
