Outside Africa, the Caribbean is the second worst area in the world of having HIV/AIDS, Haiti being the worst affected country within the Caribbean. Countries like the Dominican Republic and Jamaica have a high rate of infection with around one adult out of 30-40 infected with HIV/AIDS
