Here are some of the locations mentioned in the Retribution S7 fanfic series. The first image shows the states divided according to which side they were on in the Great War when Kyuuzou was born (Sai'an City was neutral, and Yoshin State switched sides later). The second image shows the four geographical/cultural regions of the continent.
